Part of Nottingham’s changing story for hundreds of years
The Museum was once five 17th Century houses that became derelict. They were redeveloped and became a museum in 1977. Inside they have created a replica of shops and houses as they would have been in the early 1900’s. They have also recreated an air raid shelter, a toy gallery and a Victorian School room.
